Candidate Responsibilities

As a Family Practitioner (G7), your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive primary care consultations, assessments and follow-up plans
• Managing routine and complex patient needs in line with clinical guidelines and best practice
• Taking a proactive approach to safeguarding, risk identification and escalation where required
• Working closely with nurses, social care and other stakeholders to coordinate care pathways
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and documentation
• Contributing to service improvement activities and quality initiatives
