Family Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working with a leading Essex law firm is looking to appoint a talented Family Solicitor (2 years’ PQE) to join its growing and highly regarded Family team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm with an excellent reputation, multiple offices, and ambitious growth plans over the coming years. With a strong pipeline of high-quality private family work, the team is looking for a driven solicitor who wants to build their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

ROLE:                   Family Solicitor
PQE:                     2 years’
LOCATION:          Essex
SALARY:               £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE / interview)

The Role

You’ll handle your own caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre/post-nuptial agreements

You’ll work closely with experienced senior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.

About You
 

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE in family law
• Strong experience managing private family matters independently
• Confident handling financial and children cases
