Are you an experienced Family Support Worker looking for an impactful contract? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to support children and families  across our client on an initial temporary contract offering a pay rate of £19.40ph. If you’re passionate about improving outcomes, building trust, and working in partnership with stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Family Support Worker, you will:

• Support families by providing practical guidance and signposting to relevant services
• Work directly with children and families, using a strengths-based approach
• Contribute to safeguarding-focused practice, escalating concerns in line with procedures
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation promptly
• Engage with partner agencies and professionals to coordinate support plans
• Support day-to-day objectives to ensure families receive consistent, timely help

As a Family Support Worker, you’ll receive a package designed to support you during the assignment, including:

Family Support Worker – What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with Children & Families (required)
• A calm, professional approach and strong communication skills
• Confidence working to safeguarding and support procedures
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries
