- Supporting families facing a range of social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
- Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals
- Delivering tailored interventions and support plans
- Promoting safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive family relationships
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field – essential
- Experience working with children, young people, or families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
