We are currently working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools seeking a passionate and energetic PE Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to promoting physical education, encouraging student participation, and creating engaging learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
About the role
• Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across KS3 & KS4
• Teaching practical and theory-based Physical Education lessons
• Encouraging student participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
• Managing classroom and behaviour expectations effectively
• Supporting extracurricular sports activities and school events where required
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Person Specification
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Previous experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for sport, physical education, and student development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, including a DBS check.
