Female Support Workers Needed 

📍 Location: Egremont, Cumbria

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Support Worker and help individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs live fulfilling, independent lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Support with personal care, cooking, and household tasks
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help people build independence, friendships, and new skills
• Join in with activities, hobbies, and community events, supporting individuals with complex needs

Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 08:00 – 23:00 with overnight paid sleep-in from 23:00 – 07:00, followed by 07:00 – 08:00 handover.
• Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (waking nights)

Desired Training & Experience

• Lone Working
• Safe Handling & Administration of Medication
• Minimum 6 months UK experience
• Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  (Training can be provided for suitable candidates)

• Enjoy working as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including sleep-ins
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Previous care or support experience is essential
