Leyland | 39 hours | Permanent | £26-£33p/h (Umbrella)
We’re hiring a qualified Gas Engineer to join a Property Services team delivering essential servicing, repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.
What you’ll do

• Carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Install and replace boilers and heating systems (where required)
• Complete landlord safety checks and certifications
• Work across tenanted and void properties
• Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations
• Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
• Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
• Join an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 20 weeks)

What you’ll need

• ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
• Gas Safe registered (or eligible)
• Experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
