As an agency representing this charity, we are looking for a passionate and motivated nurse who is ready to play a key role in delivering high-quality detoxification and rehabilitation services within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
Working closely with the Registered Residential Manager and supported by a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be central to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care. • Deliver training to staff on clinical tools such as CIWA, COWS, and MUST
  • Respond to medical emergencies and manage risk and safeguarding concerns
  • Ensure safe and compliant medication administration
  • Promote health education, harm reduction, and disease prevention
  • Conduct clinical audits and support service improvement plans
  • Encourage and support BBV screening and vaccination programmes
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and produce reports as required

What We’re Looking ForEssential:
  • Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with the right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Interest or experience in working with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong understanding of health promotion and harm reduction
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Desirable:
  • Experience in substance misuse, detox, or rehabilitation services
  • Knowledge of motivational interviewing or CBT approaches
  • Experience in clinical auditing and service improvement

Personal Qualities
  • Driven and results-focused
  • Compassionate and respectful of diversity
  • Adaptable and responsive to change
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Why Apply?
This is more than just a nursing role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to life-changing recovery journeys within a supportive and forward-thinking charity. You’ll be part of a team that values continuous improvement, professional development, and compassionate care.

If you’re a Registered Nurse looking to expand your impact and develop new skills in a rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.
