Role Overview:
The Urgent Care GP will deliver high-quality clinical assessments in both face-to-face and remote settings. You will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with urgent and complex health needs, supporting the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. This role offers flexible scheduling, including block bookings and ad hoc shifts, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday.

Candidate Responsibilities for the Urgent Care GP:
- Conduct remote and face-to-face consultations, including history taking and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and manage repeat prescriptions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Refer patients to secondary care or specialists when necessary
- Promote preventative care and health education
- Manage long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension
- Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS or SystmOne
- £250 Training Allowance
