As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces across Surrey. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in soft landscaping and grounds maintenance, who are health and safety conscious and possess a full UK driving license.

Candidate Responsibilities - Ground Maintenance Operative

• Carry out soft landscaping duties, including clearing pathways and edging grassed areas
• Support the Grounds Maintenance Team in litter picking, clearing curbside areas, and general site tidying
• Cut back hedges and shrubs using strimmers and hedge cutters
• Support in maintaining outdoor communal spaces to high standards
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations
• Operate company van safely while commuting between sites

Candidate Requirements - Ground Maintenance Operative

• Proven experience as a Ground Maintenance Operative or Gardener
• Ability to use strimmers, hedge cutters, and gardening tools effectively
• Health and safety conscious attitude
• Full UK Driving License (required for van usage)
• Reliable and hardworking with a good attitude to teamwork
