Location: Tonbridge
Pay Rate: £19.21 per hour PAYE | £24.53 per hour Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary
Start Date: Immediate

Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable Housing Association providing high-quality services across the Tonbridge area. 

The role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ground worker to join our team. You will be responsible for fencing installations and ground preparation work, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:

• Installing various types of fencing, including timber, metal and mesh
• Preparing and maintaining ground surfaces for fencing projects
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Following health and safety guidelines on site
• Driving to and from job sites across Stevenage and nearby locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive regularly
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
