Job Title: Handyman (Multi-Trader) – 2 Week Temporary Contract

We’re currently recruiting for a Handyman (Multi-Trader) to support a short-term assignment lasting 2 weeks. This is a practical, hands-on role requiring a flexible approach and the ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a good standard. Candidate Responsibilities

As a Handyman (Multi-Trader), your key duties will include:

• General site maintenance and minor repairs across occupied and/or communal areas
• Carrying out multi-trade tasks as required (EHL2 + CTC handyman multi-trader)
• Basic plumbing, patch repairs, and fixing/adjusting fixtures where required
• Painting touch-ups, small carpentry repairs, and general DIY support
• Keeping work areas tidy and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to standard
• Reporting any issues, parts requirements, or escalation needs to the relevant contact
• Working to a schedule and responding promptly to requests during the 2 week contract

• Own basic hand tools (as typically expected for this level of Handyman work)
