Head Of Resident Services (Contract) – London E2

We are recruiting a Head Of Resident Services for a senior, resident-focused leadership role based in London E2. This contract opportunity runs for 3–4 months (please note the work order contract duration is 2 weeks on our system for onboarding purposes), working 40 hours per week, office-based (not hybrid). The salary is £56,238 per annum.

As Head Of Resident Services, you’ll report to the Director of Operations and lead the Property Services and Cleaning teams. You will ensure outstanding property management, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across repairs, maintenance, asset management, building safety, and service improvements.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resident and property services across the organisation as Head Of Resident Services
• Oversee repairs, planned maintenance, asset management, and compliance programmes
• Ensure fire safety, building safety, and health & safety obligations are fully met
• Drive service improvement initiatives and achieve key performance targets as Head Of Resident Services
• Manage contractor performance, procurement activity, and partner/consultant support
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor budgets and ensure value-for-money service delivery
• Produce performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Promote resident engagement and involvement in service monitoring and improvement
• Lead, motivate, and develop service teams to deliver excellent resident outcomes
