? Role Overview Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join an Urgent Care team in Sandwell. This role offers flexibility with both long-term and ADHOC contracts available, and a variety of shift patterns to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting patients in urgent care settings with day-to-day needs
• Assisting clinical staff with observations, assessments, and documentation
• Promoting patient comfort, dignity, and safety
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication with the wider team
• Contributing to a high standard of care delivery in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Health Care Assistant in a clinical or urgent care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
• DBS and compliance documents (can be supported by our team if needed)
