Role Overview As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, compassionate, and person?centred care to patients undergoing structured rehabilitation. The role involves both physical and emotional support, ensuring a high standard of care and a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Registered Nurses with all elements of clinical care
- Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
- Assist with patient admissions, observations, and day?to?day care needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well?organised clinical environment
- Adhere to Infection Control and Health & Safety policies at all times
- Uphold and promote the 12 Steps to the Patient Community
- Work collaboratively as a flexible and reliable member of the MDT
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues
- Maintain annual Basic Life Support competency
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
- SVQ Level II in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high?quality care
