Candidate Responsibilities:
As an HHSRS Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing HHSRS assessment cases efficiently and accurately
• Conducting inspections and evaluations in accordance with industry standards
• Liaising with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Maintaining detailed records of assessments and findings
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Completing reports within specified deadlines
• Collaborating with the wider team and reporting progress regularly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Case Manager, specifically with HHSRS assessments
• Knowledge of HHSRS standards and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assessments within tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
