We’re currently recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a well-established Specialist Residential Services team based in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasehold and shared ownership experience to manage a varied portfolio of properties while providing specialist advice and support to customers and colleagues alike.
The successful candidate will take ownership of leasehold management matters including service charge enquiries, lease breaches, lease extensions and wider leasehold processes, working closely alongside legal teams where required.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold and shared ownership properties
- Investigating and resolving service charge enquiries
- Handling breaches of covenant and leasehold disputes
- Managing lease extension claims alongside legal teams
- Providing specialist leasehold advice internally and externally
- Supporting assignments, consents, enfranchisement and other leasehold processes
- Delivering a high standard of customer-focused service
- Experience working within leasehold and shared ownership housing
- Strong understanding of leasehold legislation including:
- Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002
- Landlord and Tenant Act
- Building Safety Act 2022
- Knowledge of service charges, lease extensions, enfranchisement and covenant breaches
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
