You will be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance, providing empathetic listening, guidance, and essential resources. Working remotely, you will coordinate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality service to clients across the nation.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking help with gambling addiction.
- Provide empathetic, non-judgmental support to callers.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
