Housekeeper
Location: Lincoln, LN2
Hours: 16 Hours per Week (Part-Time)
Pay: £12.71 Per hour PAYE (ex Holiday) | £16.34 Per hour Umbrella
Contract: Temporary

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join a welcoming team based at a Housing Association client based out of Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cleaners or housekeepers looking for a flexible part-time role that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Working within a residential accommodation setting, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housekeeping service, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants.

Working Hours
The standard working pattern is:

• Monday: 10:00am – 1:30pm
• Tuesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 1:30pm

Flexible working can be considered, for example 11:00am – 2:30pm, making this an ideal opportunity for parents, carers, or those seeking a role around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning duties to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the accommodation.
• Complete scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, bed cleaning and carpet care.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Store cleaning materials correctly and ensure waste is disposed of safely.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service, responding courteously to occupant enquiries.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Desirable Skills

• Experience within residential, healthcare or supported accommodation environments.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance (preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to work across multiple sites if required.
