HOUSING MANAGEMENT OFFICER (Contract – 2 Weeks)

We are seeking a Housing Management Officer to support a fast-paced housing environment on a short-term contract basis (2 weeks). This role is ideal for an experienced housing professional who can hit the ground running, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service.

As a Housing Management Officer, you will help ensure effective day-to-day housing management, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and supporting smooth service delivery. You’ll be part of a team culture focused on quality, compliance, and responsiveness to resident needs.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for housing-related enquiries, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
  • Support housing management activities, including case handling and day-to-day coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update records in line with internal processes
  • Assist with inspections, service requests, and follow-up actions as required
  • Support compliance checks and help ensure work is completed to required standards
  • Escalate issues appropriately and contribute to effective resolution of resident concerns

Pay / Contract Details

  • Contract length: 2 weeks
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Payrate: Competitive (hourly/weekly rate to be confirmed at registration)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housing management (Housing)
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines and follow compliance expectations
  • Availability to start promptly and complete a 2-week contract
