About the Solicitor Role:

Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manage housing litigation cases, specializing in defending disrepair claims.
- Draft and review intricate legal documents and pleadings.
- Act as an advocate in court proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Provide sound legal advice and support to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure case progress and successful resolutions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with valid practising certificate.
- Significant experience in housing litigation, with a focus on defending disrepair claims.

- Strong drafting skills for complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
