HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator
Location: Manchester M15 – Hybrid (2 days from home)
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
Salary: £40,482 per annum

We are working with a leading housing provider that is looking for an experienced HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to join its People and Culture team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.
This role will take the lead on the effective use of the organisation’s HR systems, with a particular focus on IRIS Cascade, reporting, data quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the HR systems specialist, leading the day-to-day administration and development of IRIS Cascade.
  • Produce accurate HR reports, KPIs and data sets for managers and People Business Partners.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, providing meaningful insights from people data.
  • Analyse workforce information and prepare clear reports and papers for the Executive team.
  • Improve HR system workflows, reporting processes and automation.
  • Maintain accurate people data for operational and statutory reporting.
  • Create user guides, process maps and supporting system documentation.
  • Train new colleagues and managers on HR systems and reporting processes.
  • Respond to system and reporting queries as the subject matter expert.
  • Support HR system audits and deliver agreed recommendations.
  • Manage competing priorities within a fast-paced and high-demand environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of IRIS Cascade.
  • A strong operational HR background, having moved into HR systems and reporting as a specialism.
  • CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification.
  • Experience producing data sets and developing dashboards using Power BI.
  • The ability to interpret people data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
  • Experience preparing reports or papers for senior leadership or Executive teams.
  • Experience creating user guides and delivering system training to colleagues and managers.
  • Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills.
  • A highly organised and methodical approach, with the ability to work at pace and manage demanding deadlines.
