Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) – Contract (2 weeks) | Ashton-under-Lyne, our client

Service Care Solutions are recruiting Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) for PIP2 accredited former Police Officers to support an investigation team on a full-time contract. This Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) role is paying £26.45 per hour (Umbrella) and is subject to satisfactory vetting checks.

Candidate Responsibilities

As an Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden), you will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight to ensure investigations meet PIP 2 standards, particularly for antisemitic and other priority hate crime offences. Key duties include:

  • Provide oversight of investigative standards for complex hate crime investigations
  • Allocate and manage workloads across investigators to meet operational demand
  • Support the performance and development of investigators within the team
  • Supervise case building to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with PIP 2 expectations
  • Take responsibility for evidence gathering and quality assurance of case files
  • Work collaboratively with Investigation Teams, Neighbourhood Policing, and specialist partners
  • Support a high-quality investigative response during periods of increased demand and community tensions

This Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) role focuses on complex investigations and may involve working closely with partner agencies to ensure robust outcomes.
