Litigation Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded local authority, based in Norfolk, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to provide support on a part-time basis. This role is required due to continued high demand across their legal services team.
 
Role: Litigation Lawyer
Location: Local Authority in Norfolk - REMOTE
Hours: 3 days per week
Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06-£48.41ph
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of general civil and commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Assist with more specialist areas of litigation (outlined below) when required:
  • Recovery of care fees
  • Disputed commercial property matters
  • Insolvency-related work

Key Requirements:

• Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with a current practicing certificate in England and Wales.
• 3 or more years of PQE in civil and commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Experience in the recovery of care fees, disputed areas of commercial property and insolvency would be advantageous.
• Must be authorised to conduct litigation.
