Litigator / Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Walsall
Location: Walsall
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE/experience in litigation to join a well-established and high-performing team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

• Handling a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion
• Monitoring and meeting all court and client deadlines
• Drafting legal proceedings, pleadings, and court documentation
• Strong experience in some or all the following areas: Breach of contract disputes, Tort claims, Boundary disputes, Commercial property litigation and Residential property litigation

• Strong case management skills
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 2 year’s experience in Litigation.
• Excellent drafting and analytical ability
• Confidence working independently on files
