As a Logistics Team Leader G7 Scp23, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and managing day-to-day operations of a dynamic driver team. Your key responsibilities will include planning and allocating workloads efficiently to ensure timely delivery and collection services while maintaining high service standards. You will monitor team performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves responding to customer queries and supporting operational excellence across the service.

• Strong knowledge of corporate fleet management, servicing, MOT, and insurance claims

• Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
