Candidate Responsibilities for the Maintenance Worker role include:

• Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of car parks across the estate
• Carrying out pothole repairs using cold lay tarmac
• Performing line marking and surface maintenance tasks
• Operating Graco Line Lazer marking machines
• Conducting highways and grounds maintenance activities
• Ground saw cutting and minor surface repairs
• Vegetation control, including trimming and weed management
• Clearing debris, litter picking, and leaf blowing
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment across all car park areas
• Responding to defect reports and supporting planned maintenance activities
• Interacting professionally with customers and members of the public
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe working practices
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, often independently
