About the Role:

The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee mechanical activities on rail projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. You will coordinate with various teams, monitor progress, and ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to throughout the project duration.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on rail projects
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with site managers and other stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Monitor progress and report on work status
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project
• Manage technical issues as they arise and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation relating to work completed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, ideally within the rail or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant safety certifications and qualifications
