Mental health care assistant

We are urgently recruiting Mental Health Care Assistants for work within Workington, Cumbria area

This role offers ad hoc, shift-by-shift work on a zero-hour contract, providing full flexibility or an ideal opportunity to supplement your current role.

You will be working within a private hospital that provides specialist community based care home with nursing for all gender identities who have a learning disability or who are autistic, or who may have additional complex physical or mental health needs

Location: Workington 

Pay rates: £16.07 LTD rate INC of holiday and NI/ £14.24 paye inc rate of holiday and NI

Shift Details:
• Start: Immediate
• Day shifts: 07:30 – 20:00
• Night shifts: 19:30 – 08:00
• Shifts are often released a few days – a week in advance

Essential Requirements (to start ASAP):
• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
• Fully enhanced DBS
• In date PMVA or MAPA training and hold certificate
