Candidate Responsibilities:
As a Childrens Social Care - Advanced Practitioner, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex cases within children’s social care, ensuring safe and effective placements for children and young people.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Managing and supporting a team of social workers and support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory guidance, regulations, and authority policies.
• Liaising with relevant agencies, families, and other stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Attending court hearings and contributing to reports and case reviews.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to less experienced team members.
