We’re currently looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across Mid Sussex.
The work is mainly within occupied residential properties carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and void works.
We’re specifically looking for operatives with strong carpentry and plumbing experience. Any extra trade skills are a bonus, especially glazing.

The Work

• Day-to-day repairs in occupied and void properties
• Mainly carpentry and plumbing works
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• Responsive repairs and property upkeep
• Working in tenants’ homes
• Using PDA/job systems to update works
• Completing jobs to a good standard and within target times
• Keeping work areas safe and tidy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong carpentry and plumbing experience
• Previous property maintenance or social housing experience preferred
• Glazing experience would be a bonus
• Reliable and able to work on your own
• Good attitude and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
