Multi Trade Operative – Plasterer Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong Plastering skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking consistent, long-term work with a reputable social housing maintenance provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Completing plastering repairs to a high standard
• Undertaking a range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
• Accurately recording completed works and materials used

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
• Strong Plastering experience is essential
• Additional trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating or flooring would be advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
