Service Care Solutions is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance team based in Camden and the surrounding areas. About the Multi Trade Plumber Role

As a Multi Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties. The role also involves multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and general maintenance. You will work both in occupied and void properties, ensuring high standards are maintained, and all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Responsibilities for the Multi Trade Plumber

• Conduct plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties
• Complete inspections and identify remedial works required
• Perform multi-trade repairs including carpentry, tiling, and plastering
• Diagnose faults and execute effective repairs
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety standards
• Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records via mobile devices
• Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

Candidate Requirements for the Multi Trade Plumber

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Proven experience in social housing maintenance
• Multi-trade skills are desirable
• Experience in inspections and general maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
