Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.
• Complete inspections and identify required remedial works.
• Undertake multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and general maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs within occupied and void properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
• Proven experience working within social housing maintenance.
• Multi-trade skills desirable.
• Experience carrying out inspections and maintenance works.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
