40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team covering Dartford, Kent and Croydon. This is a long-term ongoing opportunity working across occupied and void residential properties, offering consistent work, strong support and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs
• Diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and minor pipework issues
• Completing bathroom-related repairs and maintenance
• Undertaking basic multi-trade work when required, including minor carpentry repairs and door adjustments
• Working independently within tenants’ homes
• Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience within domestic or residential plumbing
• Multi-trade experience preferred
• Own tools and transport required initially
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional and capable of managing your own workload
