Job Title: Neighbourhood Care Operative
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Bolton
Pay Rate: £13.74 per hour PAYE ex Holiday | £16.85 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (37 hours per week)

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Neighbourhood Care Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Street Cleansing Support:

  • Manual sweeping and litter collection to keep streets clean and welcoming.
  • Supporting street sanitation efforts to ensure the community remains tidy.

• Grounds Maintenance Assistance:

  • Maintenance activities such as shrub and flower bed care.
  • Hedge cutting, grass cutting, and grave digging to improve the area's aesthetic appeal.

• Community Impact:

  • Dedicate efforts to creating a healthier, safer, and more attractive environment for residents.
  • Work diligently to uphold high standards of cleanliness and community pride.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar street cleansing or grounds maintenance role is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to community enhancement.
