NIHL File Handler

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm in Blackburn for a Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) File Handler to join their expanding Personal Injury department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organised legal professional to develop their career within a specialist area of litigation, handling a caseload of NIHL claims from inception through to settlement. The firm offers ongoing support, career progression opportunities, and hybrid working following successful completion of probation.

Location: Blackburn/ Hybrid Working Available After Probation
Salary: Starting from £25,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Full Time

Key Responsibilities as a NIHL File Handler:

• Managing a caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims under supervision
• Progressing files from initial instruction through to settlement
• Obtaining and reviewing medical records, employment history, and supporting evidence
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, defendants, and insurers

About you as a NIHL File Handler:

• Previous experience handling NIHL claims or personal injury matters is desirable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
