NQ Residential Conveyancing

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Wetherby for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional from Newly Qualified level up to 3 years PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

They are paying a Competitive Salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:

• Deliver accurate and high-quality legal work within agreed timescales
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
• Provide an excellent level of client service and accessibility
• Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including Sales and purchases, Leasehold and freehold transactions, New build properties and Transfers of equity

About you as a Residential Conveyancer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
• NQ to 3 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
