Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent neurodevelopmental healthcare provider supporting NHS ADHD services across the UK. Due to continued growth and increased patient demand, Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced ADHD Nurse Prescribers to join a specialist medication team on a flexible associate basis.
This opportunity offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, delivering high-quality, patient-centred ADHD care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments and diagnostic evaluations where appropriate.
- Complete medication reviews, providing holistic, evidence-based care in line with NICE guidelines.
- Initiate, prescribe, titrate and discontinue ADHD medication safely and appropriately.
- Manage a caseload of patients throughout the medication pathway, ensuring regular reviews and monitoring.
- Generate prescriptions and evaluate the effectiveness, safety and ongoing suitability of treatment.
- Produce clear, accurate clinical documentation and communicate outcomes effectively with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain high clinical standards while working collaboratively with internal clinical and operational teams.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300).
- Experience assessing and treating individuals with ADHD.
- Strong understanding of ADHD medication management and NICE guidance.
- Excellent communication, report writing and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining professional registration and compliance requirements, including enhanced DBS and mandatory training.
- Flexible associate working with remote and hybrid clinic options.
