Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in line with each pupil's needs and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans
- Work collaboratively with the school's multidisciplinary team, families, and external professionals
- Provide training, guidance, and support to school staff to embed therapeutic strategies into everyday learning
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to annual reviews and reports
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration
- Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational or specialist SEND setting
- Strong knowledge of sensory processing, motor development, and functional skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
- Committed to inclusive practice and continuous professional development
