This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a well-established, in-house multidisciplinary clinical team within a rewarding and supportive education setting.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention to pupils who may be neurodivergent, have experienced developmental trauma, or present with SEMH needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out specialist OT assessments and develop individualised intervention programmes
  • Integrate OT goals into Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

  • Member of RCOT
  • Experience working with autistic individuals or those with learning disabilities, SEMH, or neurodivergent presentations
  • Strong MDT working skills and the ability to manage an independent caseload
  • Clear report writing and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Interest in sensory integration practice (SI training in progress or completed is desirable)
