Candidate Responsibilities

As a Painter & Decorator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling gaps
  • Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations
  • Protecting furniture, fixtures, and floors during work
  • Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Painter & Decorator candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
  • Own tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions
