Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Candidate Responsibilities and Duties of the Paraplanner

As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our financial planning team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end business processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with practice and regulatory standards
  • Liaising with Partners and Clients to gather required information and fill any knowledge gaps
  • Collecting ceding scheme information from third-party providers
  • Staying updated with template changes and advice notes to ensure consistent documentation
  • Preparing Suitability Letters and comprehensive reports for clients
  • Completing Drawdown Reviews for all clients to ensure optimal financial planning
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with business assurance and management teams
  • Coordinating with Head Office and Admin centres for smooth operations
  • Preparing accurate statistics and reports to support decision-making
  • Establishing and maintaining Auto-Enrolment Schemes to meet client and regulatory requirements
