Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Bradford (hybrid to be considered)
Salary: PAYE (Exc. Hol) £15.16, PAYE (Inc. Hol) £16.99, LTD / Umbrella £18.68
 
Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a local council as they look to recruit a Payroll Officer. You will be responsible for adhering to strict Payroll deadlines including processing of pay to gross and gross to net.
What you will be doing:

• Processing all payroll including salaries, bonuses, over payments and expenses.
• Advising and providing guidance on payroll matters
• Efficiently dealing with overpayments utilising SAP
• Offer support to Managers across the Council with pay related quires
• Work closely with the internal recruitment teams, ensuring timely set up and pay of new starters.
• Assisting with training of staff as and when required
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

 
Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience of processing payroll
• Ability to handle large amounts of data
• Strong communication skills
• High Attention to detail.
• Full Right to Work (sponsorship will not be offered)
