We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Adviser G7 to join a supportive team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide impactful support and guidance to young adults aged 18-25, helping them transition smoothly into independent living.
About the Role: Personal Adviser G7
As a Personal Adviser G7, you will be responsible for caseholding a group of young people, providing tailored support around housing, education, training, employment, health, and independent living skills. You will review their Pathway Plans and work collaboratively with young people and relevant professionals within their network. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with an expectation to be in the office at least two days a week, alongside travel across the country to meet young people in various locations. You will also participate in a duty team to respond to emergency needs when required. The position offers quality reflective supervision and peer support to ensure continued professional development.
Candidate Responsibilities as a Personal Adviser G7:
- Casehold a caseload of young adults aged 18-25, offering tailored support
- Review and update young people’s Pathway Plans regularly
- Support young people with housing, education, training, and employment opportunities
- Assist with health and independent living skills development
- Conduct home visits and travel across the country to meet young people
- Respond to emergency situations as part of a duty team
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic support
- Keep detailed records and maintain compliance with relevant policies
- Participate in reflective supervision and team meetings to improve service quality
