Personal Injury Fee Earner

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded and award-winning Personal Injury law firm in Manchester. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, Chartered Legal Executive, or Qualified Solicitor to join their growing Personal Injury department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of claimant personal injury matters while receiving dedicated administrative and paralegal support, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional client service. The firm also offers structured training and an uncapped bonus scheme, rewarding successful case outcomes.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Fee Earner:

• Manage a caseload of claimant Personal Injury files from inception through to settlement.
• Handle matters including Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employer's Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), or other personal injury claims, depending on your experience.
• Progress litigated and pre-litigated claims efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer care throughout the claims process.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements and court documentation where required.

About you as a Personal Injury Fee Earner:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Litigation Executive, or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner.
• Previous experience managing your own claimant Personal Injury caseload.
• Experience handling litigated files is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
