Personal Injury Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a reputable and growing law firm based in Stockport, which is looking to recruit a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding team.

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will handle a broad caseload of claimant personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. You will be responsible for delivering practical legal advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring cases are progressed efficiently.

Location: Stockport (Office-Based / Hybrid options may be available)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities as a Personal injury Solicitor:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA, employers’ liability, and public liability claims
• Handle files from initial instruction through to settlement or court proceedings
• Draft legal documents including witness statements, schedules of loss, pleadings, and settlement offers
• Conduct liability and quantum assessments to advise clients on claim prospects
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties to achieve the best possible outcomes

About you as a Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Must be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Previous experience handling Personal Injury matters is essential
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and personal injury litigation
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client care skills
