Job Title: Personal Tax Senior
Location: Liverpool City Centre (hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Service Care are delighted to be working with a modern and growing Practice in the heart of Liverpool. We are looking for a highly experienced Personal Tax Senior who is qualified or QBE.
You will be working closely with the Tax Director, gaining exposure to Corporation Tax as well as being responsible for your own portfolio of clients, being the first point of contact for all their tax queries.
What you will be doing:

• Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients, acting as the first port of call for all tax matters.
• Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns accurately and within a timely manner.
• Advising your portfolio on income tax and capital gains tax.
• Liaising with HMRC and handling client queries effectively
• Identifying potential tax planning opportunities and support on advisory work
• Working closely with the Tax Director on complex matter and gain exposure to Corporation Tax.

What you will have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience within Tax
• CTA/ATT or QBE
• Strong working knowledge of personal taxation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communicator

In return you will receive:

• Base salary £40,000 - £50,000
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office/2 WFH)
• 35 hour working week!
• 23 days holiday (including Christmas Shutdown) bank holidays
