Leyland | 39 hours | Permanent | £22-£26p/h Umbrella
We’re hiring an experienced Plasterer to join a Property Services team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.
What you’ll do

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
• Skim, patch and make good walls and ceilings
• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finishes
• Work across tenanted and void properties
• Complete jobs efficiently and right first time
• Carry out basic multi-trade tasks (e.g. minor tiling, joinery)
• Leave properties clean, safe and tidy
• Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
• Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
• Join an on-call rota (if required)

What you’ll need

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic plastering
• Strong attention to detail and finishing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
