Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Supporting the safe operation of water systems and mechanical infrastructure
- Working alongside multi-skilled trades (electricians, carpenters, painters, etc.)
- Following strict health & safety and security procedures at all times
Essential skills and experience:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a structured, secure environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
